In order to access CapitolCouture.PN, you'll have to watch carefully the dotted line zipping around the design in a pattern. It's much easier if you have a touch device, just trace your finger along the path. If you're on a computer, click where it starts and drag the mouse along the pattern and let go at the end. It might take a few tries so be patient! Once your in, you'll be seeing this page:
